"We had Jai come out to look at our 2 ducted aircon units that were tripping at the circuit board. Previously we had 2 different companies come out, one suggested to replace the whole unit and the other didn't believe there was an issue with the unit and suggested it was probably an electrical fault that needed an electrician. We were unsure what was right so thought we would give Voltas a try. Jai arrived within about an hour and a half, diagnosed the issues with parts in both units and had them up and running and serviced within a few hours, this also included a run for some spare parts. Outstanding service and knowledge. He gave us a good run down of the problem, some future options and sorted out a couple of other minor issues after discussing them with me. Will definitely use these guys for future electrical and aircon work."
